We developed an easy to use ticketless valet system. It uses SMS texts to communicate with guests, and when it comes time to pay, we send a link to a simple payment portal. Guests can settle their valet payment before they even arrive to pick up their car.

When you ask a valet to grab something you forgot from your car, you’re requesting them to do extra work. An extra service deserves extra compensation. A standard tip amount between $2 and $5 is appropriate.

Not a problem! We offer shuttle services, as well. If no available or adequate parking exists near the event, we arrange a shuttle service to ferry guests back and forth between the parking area and the event area.

We take excellent care of every car entrusted to us. In addition to employing a cautious and attentive team of drivers, we also lock every set of keys in a secure lock box located within the podium. However, in the unlikely event anything happens, our comprehensive insurance policy covers any damage costs.

Yes, our drivers are able to drive any sort of vehicle. We have attendants that are vetted to drive automatic, stick-shift, hybrids and even motorcycles. Additionally, we check to be sure that any given employee on our team maintains a clean driving record. So no matter what type of car you bring us, it's in good hands.
